Basic Settings Help
i have put in a new 60amp speedy in.
i set the throttle/neutral/reverse points as per instructions. when i finish it just goes to full throttle forward(i swapped 2 wires over on motor-esc connection, it just goes full throttle in reverse instead) i can trim it out but then i have no throttle or reverse?
i am using fully charged lipo & fresh batteries in the transmitter.
the only thing i can think of is that i may be doing the process the wrong way some how. i have tried a few different ways to no avail.
hoping someone can point out the obvious thing i am missing but cant see cause i been looking at this thing for waaay to long haha

Re: Basic Settings Help
I'll give up the run thru, by the sounds of things somthing has gone awry.
(sorry if this seems dumbed down, but this is a serious blow by blow of how i do it)
step 1: make sure all your trims are neutral and travel is 100% on your radio. Plug in the motor.
Prop the car up and make sure it cant do a run away on ya.
step 2: make sure the esc is off. Plug in batt. hold down programming button then turn on the esc.
esc should be going 'beep' about once a second & a red light should be flashing in time with the beep.
Step 3: without touching the radio, press the programming button once. The esc should beep & flash green once.
Step 4: pull back on the throttle, press button again. esc should beep and flash green twice.
Step 5: push forward into reverse and then press the button again. Esc should beep and flash green 3 times.
Leave the esc for at least 10-20seconds then see if that fixes it.
