buildin scale trailers
as the title says, chasin some advice to build a trailer for the honcho. all ive got in my ideas at the moment is duel wheel flat bed and using small box section for the frame? so im chasing ideas as to what materials to use & where to look to get them. also how to go about the axle set up? ive already got the rc4wd pintle hook.

this is mine ads, she has no suspension as it is only a shelf queen to sit my drift car on, i just used the hubs off an old nitro car i had here. the arches and are made from steel plate i got off Aaron (sh!t that stuff has come in handy Az i have still got some here), the base and ramps are just 3mm ally plate i had left over from the floor in my boat, the A frame and sides are ally box that scotty used to be able to get, and an old servo box as the tool box. it costed me nothing to build but looks great on the shelf sorry no it costed me a set off doll house hinges for the ramps. me in a craft shop buying parts for a doll house you should have seen the chick behind the counters face

scotty, yea seen kenworthits stuff before, he is freakin awesome.
cheers for that adam. how did you join/weld the ally? that looks mint mate. im thinking a similar concept but looking to beef up the wheels/axle/suspension to make it a bit more solid off road & the honcho weighs a tonne more than a drifta

no welds on the ally i just pop rivited it from the bottom so you cant see them.

oh righto sweet as. well ill see what kinda box i can get hold of. but atleast now im covered if i get either ally or steel. if i get a chance towards the end of the weekend, i might get in and make a start.
