Disco project

well a new body came my way while at Scottys, a Land rover Discovery 3 minus a roof rack and snorkel (bastard)

Chassis- tcs L-trail
Running gear- MRC axles and tranny (going to try fit the RC4WD R2 tranny i have when i can afford to order the shafts i need to do it)
Suspension- MRC for now. I have some white 90mm rc4wd ones to fit when i work out how to get around this m2 hardware crap.
Wheels & Tyres- RC4WD 1.55 steelys with RC4WD rock crusher tyres.
Elects- none yet lol, I will work that out later.

basicly its a budget build trying to use parts i have here.

the body is half mounted and wheel base is set, i just need to make longer links and clean up the body. Not sure on paint yet, might even leave it as is besides removing the stickers.

So no more Roothy then?

I suggest Camel Trophy style, or Dakar support vehical style paint for it...

nice start adam whats her w/base bud ? is she 2 narrow for better running gear

Az the wheel base is at 265mm, its a narrow body but you could run scx axles, i want the wheels under the guards.

Looks good Adam it's a near perfect fit
