scale lookin diffs
ok so i have got me a great little chassis..
and decided on scratch buildin a scaler.. (well ... buy all the different bits)
so i was wondering on some reasonably priced scale diffs and i saw a cool transfer case but cant remember the site
just gonna build it slow bit by bit, while i try kill my crawler..
any advise would be great

Re: scale lookin diffs
If you want cool looking stuff check out Rc4wd...But they aren't that strong, so even though they look real pruddy and scale like....you will brake them.
Axial ax/scx are the cheapest 'scale' axial around that most use & with the right upgrades, are bomb-proof. The downside to Axial's is they are a bit wide so they limit your body choice.
If you're going for a small style body have a look at Losi Mini Rock Crawler axles (they have their weak spots, and limits due to size) or even old school Tamiya TLT-1 axles (stronger that MRC, but harder to get these days...and still have their weak points).
My suggestion is get your body & chassis together first and then decide based on width & weight what axles to use.
That and hit up google.
