#### yea mate, thats looking mean Twisted Evil the tray looks right on the money, i dont rekon it needs much more back there, cheers i would like to run one of them waterproof elecrics boxes that scottyB has along the top of the chassis at the back, so i might have to work out the spare tyre mount meself when i get that in and no whats there to work with. otherwise the sliders are awesome like i said yesterdy.

maybe something simple looking affraid for the front bar, i like the look and funtionality of these for ideas

this is where the winch will be mounted ,

can i grab ya winch during the week need to get the mounting holes drilled before i attach it to the barwork
so friday i can finish it off
also was going to mount the spare where its sitting
or do you want it suspended above the rear winch so you can put elec box in its spot
or do you want me to let you work it out
& with the front bar which is your preferance
the one on the gq
or the one on the lux
or a mixture of both ???

yea i can drop the winch around when ever suits you mate,

id like to run the electrics box there if it will work, i dont mind workin out the spare wheel situation, i dont want this takin too much time away from your trucks specially leadin into the next weekend.

the hilux front bar floats my boat more than the p00trols.

will shoot u a pm with me number to sort out when to drop around

got in and swapped out for the metal gearbox gears, loktited all bolts etc & gave it a general clean all round.

az put a couple extra hook hoops on the front bar, mounted up the rc4wd fairlead. i got stuck in and painted it all aswell as the beadlock rings.

heres some pics as, gonna let the paint go off a bit more before i try refitting it to the chassis.

its real close, its not duplo though, cant think of the brand auto refinishing paint. i got 2 coats of primer, green and clear on at the moment.
gonna mount it up for the moment so i can dummy fit the body to sort out the electrics scratch and get the magnet body mounts finished off. once thats all done, hopefully by tomoro, i will pull it off and smash it with the rest of the clear.

yea chuck stoked with the color and how my painting turned out on this one affraid hopefully there wont be too much green on the rocks after sundy lol!

hopefully the new tyre and rim package rock up so i can get the new rims painted up aswell.

clear coated the sh!t outa the barwork probably used 90% of a big pressure pack can, that should go off and harden in the next couple of days so it should hopefully last the morning session on sundy lol!
rebuilt the driveshafts, wired up the switch for the winchs(pics to follow) & mounted it on a custom ally plate i made up and painted to match. made up some custom green ruler plates geek for the battery mounts. fitted up the fairlead properly and made a rubber winch hook catcher like the 1:1s.
put the bar work & wheels back on & finished mounting the body just gotta wait for the glue to go off now. oh & put a few accesories on Cool

my new accesories, should be a; shovel, pick, high lift, axe & fire extingusher.

the switch mount plate come up alright i thought.(cheers troy for sorting us out with the switch idea, managed to not think, so the switch pushed forward activates the rear winch and vice versa for the front Embarassed Rolling Eyes )

the "rubber band" setup for the winch bar looks ok but it works a treat
