How do you stop this site automaticaly generating an email every time some one replies to one of my threads??

Had the same problem, Go into profile then at the top of the screen you will see preference go into there and you will see a notify email yes or no click no.....

Go inot profile then second from the end is topics being watched. Delete them all from the list and make sure the email notify is selcted on no as well.
